Reverend Donald Isaac, Sr.
President
Rev. Donald Isaac, Sr. is the Lead Pastor of South East Tabernacle Baptist Church ("SETBC") in Washington, DC, a congregation founded by his great-grandfather 95 years ago. With over 40 years of service in various church roles, Rev. Isaac was ordained at SETBC and has dedicated his ministry to community engagement and leadership development. He is a co-founder of the East of the River Clergy Police Community Partnership, Inc., fostering collaboration among churches, law enforcement, and social service organizations. A graduate of Leadership Washington (2012), he is also a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Mentor and a graduate of the Real Estate Institute and a licensed real estate broker. Rev. Isaac holds degrees in Urban Planning, Public Administration, and Theology, and serves as a Clergy Mentor with the Enterprise Foundation and on the Boards of Jubilee Housing and DC 127.
Dee Dee Parker Wright

Dee Dee has committed her career to helping families form strong attachments to ensure the best possible outcomes for children, particularly where difficulties create barriers to success. She has served as Senior Director, Child Development for Easterseals DC MD VA since 2023, overseeing multiple high-quality community-based child development centers throughout the region. Mrs. Parker Wright previously served as Executive Director of Jubilee JumpStart for 12 years, an innovative early childhood program co-located in a Jubilee Housing apartment building. While at Jubilee JumpStart, she led efforts to achieve NAEYC accreditation twice, implementing a responsive and nurturing parent engagement program, and creating an organizational structure with coaching and development of teachers at its core. Mrs. Parker Wright believes that children are healthier and achieve more within a supportive community and when cared for by parents and teachers who are developing themselves.
Craig Lee Keller
Vice President and Treasurer
Craig is currently teaching in the Lincoln Scholars Program in the School of Public Affairs at American University and previously taught at other regional institutions such as George Washington University and the Maryland Institute College of Art. In addition to his academic background, he has worked in the field of homeless services for over fifteen years in both the government and nonprofit sectors. During this time, he engaged individuals and families experiencing challenges with addictions, benefits, criminal justice, deafness, employment, family reunification, housing, and mental illness, among other concerns. He worked on U.S. Presidential Inaugural details twice and received awards of recognition from the DC Department of Behavioral Health, the DC Doctors Council, and the DC Veterans Administration Hospital. He is currently researching a biographical book on a leading historical figure in the national homeless services movement.
Kenyatta T Thompson-Brunson
Board Member
Kenyatta is a seasoned nonprofit executive and social justice advocate with more than 25 years of experience leading programs that serve vulnerable communities, including individuals experiencing homelessness, those with behavioral health needs, and at-risk youth. She has held executive leadership roles across the region, including as President & Chief Executive Officer of N Street Village and Executive Director of Friends of Anacostia Park, and she currently serves as Director of Human and Supportive Services at LifeStyles of Maryland, overseeing programs related to SNAP benefits, employment services, and client stabilization. Ms. Thompson is known for her servant leadership, operational excellence, and ability to design programs that advance equitable outcomes, earning recognition that includes the Community Champion Award from Capital One Bank, the Empowering Woman Award from the YWCA, and a feature in Essence Magazine as first runner-up for the Hardest Working Black Woman Award. She continues to use her platform to bring equitable change to marginalized communities and ensure that systems of care reflect dignity, accountability, and opportunity.
Shellon Fraser
Board Member
Shellon Fraser is an accomplished community development finance professional whose career has focused on expanding equitable access to capital and advancing affordable housing opportunities. As Senior Director of Lending and Investments at the National Housing Trust, she leads strategic lending initiatives that support mission-driven developers and community-based organizations, bringing expertise in risk assessment, financial modeling, racial equity in lending, and social impact investing. Ms. Fraser previously served in several leadership roles at the Corporation for Supportive Housing, where she spearheaded initiatives designed to dismantle racial barriers in lending and strengthen community ownership in affordable housing development. She is recognized for her strategic approach to aligning capital with community priorities and remains committed to closing racial wealth gaps and ensuring that financial systems and investment practices reflect and serve the communities they are intended to support.
