Equity Housing's mission is to partner with affordable housing developers to create projects that provide quality housing, property management, and services that enable residents to thrive through financial stability and access to needed services.
Equity Housing's vision is for DMV area residents-- especially those east of the river--to have stable, quality housing and economic mobility. This includes the ability to choose where they live while paying no more than 30% of their income and access to medical, educational, and other services that enable them to chart their employment paths.
