Equity Housing's mission is to partner with affordable housing developers to create projects that provide quality housing, property management, and services that enable tenants to thrive, have financial stability, and access needed services.

Equity Housing's vision is for area residents, especially east of the river in Washington DC, to have housing and economic mobility, able to choose where they live while paying no more than 1/3 of their income for quality housing and able to access medical, educational, and other services that enable them to chart their employment paths.
